1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fg66c", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fg66c platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities responsible for providing the services described herein.
• "Platform" refers to the fg66c website accessible at https://fg66c.io, including all sub-pages, applications, and associated digital services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, casino, and related services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of all transactions on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback credits, or welcome bonus amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a marketing promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by the Player using personal financial resources, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before it may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform or the Services.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. fg66c reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in accordance with Section 16. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted. You are eligible to register and use the Services only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of fg66c, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register and have not requested self-exclusion from online gambling platforms.

4. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. The following rules govern Account registration:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. fg66c will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any balances held within them.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. fg66c will treat any activity conducted under your credentials as having been authorised by you.

4.4 Account Currency

All fg66c Accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The currency of your Account is set at registration and cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated and processed in Taka.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

fg66c operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations relating to fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and player protection. The following conditions apply:

• fg66c may request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine review.
• Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority.
• Proof of address may be required, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial services statement (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) dated within three months.
• Proof of payment method may be required, such as a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account registered in your name.
• Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
• fg66c will treat all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. fg66c does not charge fees on deposits made through supported Bangladeshi mobile financial services. Bank card deposits may be subject to fees levied by your card issuer.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of a successful transaction, subject to network availability. fg66c is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to fully verified Accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. fg66c aims to process withdrawal requests within one to four hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours.

fg66c reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers to require further review. Withdrawals that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be held until those requirements are fully satisfied.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. fg66c reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

fg66c offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is twenty times (20x) the combined deposit and bonus amount on eligible sports markets or casino games.
• Free bet credits are non-withdrawable and expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• fg66c reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such cancellation does not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's Account under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing qualifying bets with the intention of exploiting a promotion rather than genuine wagering, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotional structure — will result in immediate bonus removal and may result in account suspension.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed on the Platform are binding once confirmed by the system. Players should verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. fg66c does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances of a clearly documented technical error on the Platform's part.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event. The applicable limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. fg66c reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

8.3 Odds and Results

All odds on the Platform are displayed in decimal format. Results are determined based on official information from the relevant sporting body, league, or tournament organiser. Where a result is disputed or under investigation by the relevant authority, fg66c reserves the right to suspend settlement of the affected market until the official result is confirmed.

8.4 Void Bets

fg66c may void a bet where: (a) the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical or human fault; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions; or (d) the result of the event is found to have been subject to manipulation or match-fixing. Voided bets are returned to the player's Account as Real Money Funds at the stake amount.

9. Casino & Games Rules

The following rules apply to all casino and RNG game play on the Platform, including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and table games:

• All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by recognised independent testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the studio's published game rules, available within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. fg66c is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider, device, or local network.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes within casino games are displayed in the game interface and may vary by game and table.
• fg66c reserves the right to remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg66c Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using false information.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the Platform. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a known or discovered error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Attempting to launder funds or process criminal proceeds through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or similar technology to misrepresent your geographical location.
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fg66c staff, support agents, or other players.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events on which betting markets are offered.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

fg66c reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to satisfy a debt owed to fg66c, including negative balances arising from charge-backs.
• A request by the Player to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these terms, fg66c reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

12. Responsible Gaming

fg66c is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount that may be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play duration with automated reminders.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block access to the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum period chosen.

13. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of fg66c.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg66c and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause or theory of liability.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond fg66c's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

fg66c's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and the Services shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

fg66c collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fg66c applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions on the Platform and stores personal data on secured servers with access controls.

16. Amendments to These Terms

fg66c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fg66c will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended terms taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the fg66c platform's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory. fg66c makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before accessing the Platform.
